Analytics show how your customers engage with your bots and the most popular conversation paths. They provide insight into customer engagement rates and completed bot goals, such as how often a bot fulfills customer requests or gathers key data from customers (including visitors). You can consider all of this data when building bots to deliver the best customer experience.

You can view analytics in the Activity window.

To access the Activity window, in the left pane, click Analytics.

The Activity window contains the following tabs:

  • Bots: Bot goal completion and bot conversation rate analytics
  • Users: Customer engagement analytics
