Viewing the Bot Version History

To view the version history of a bot:

  1. Access the bot whose version history you want to view.
  2. Click the value in the Last edited or Last published field.
    The Version history section displaying all versions of the bot appears.

  • You can view the bot associated with a version by clicking the version in the Version history section.
  • You can add a note to a version by using the Got any notes or What has changed field in the Version history section.
  • You can update the note by clicking the Update button.

Bot Engagement Report

The bot engagement report contains the interaction statistics for each version of the bot. You can use the data in the report to see how engagement trends have changed throughout each version of the bot.

Generating the Report

To generate the engagement report of a bot:

  1. Access the bot whose engagement report you want to export.
  2. Click the value in the Last edited or Last published field.
    The Version history section appears.

  3. Click Export.
    The Export data window displaying your email address appears.

    You can add the email addresses of the users with whom you want to share the report.

  4. Click Generate Report.
    An email with the following subject line is sent to you: Your report is ready. This email contains the option to download the bot engagement report.

Report Data

The following table describes the columns that appear in the downloaded bot engagement report for a version.

ColumnDescription

Bot ID

System-generated ID assigned to the bot.

Bot Name

Name of the bot.

Version ID

System-generated ID assigned to the bot version.

Deploy Date

Date and time when the bot was deployed, represented in the time zone specified on your profile.

Changed By

Name of the LiveVox Bot user who modified the bot.

Unique Users

Number of unique customers who viewed the bot.

A customer is considered unique based on their Internet Protocol (IP) address and browser signature.

Bot Sessions

Number of times that the bot was launched.

Engaged Users

Number of customers who interacted with the bot.

If the same customer interacts with the bot during multiple bot sessions, each instance is included in the calculation of this statistic.

User Engagement Rate

Percentage of customers who interacted with the bot (customer engagement rate), calculated as follows:

(Number of customers who interacted with the bot / Number of unique customers who viewed the bot) * 100

If the same customer interacts with the bot during multiple bot sessions, each instance is included in the calculation of this statistic.

Users Completed

Number of customers who completed the goals in the bot.

Goal Completion Rate

Percentage of customers who completed the goals in the bot, calculated as follows:

(Number of customers who completed the goals in the bot / Number of customers who interacted with the bot) * 100

Note, if any, indicating the changes made in the bot.
