LiveVox Bot contains read-made bot templates for common customer interactions that you can customize based on your needs.

To use a bot template:

  1. On the left pane, click Bot Management.
    The Bot Management window appears.
  2. On the New Bot menu, click New bot from template.
    Bot templates appear.

    You can preview and test a bot template by clicking Preview.

  3. In the section displaying the template that you want to use, click Use this template.
    The Build tab displaying the bot template appears.
