Speech Recognition

Used for speech recognition, allowing the customer’s speech to be recognized and grammatically transcribed as text to be used as input and interaction with the IVR.

Message Properties

Prompt to start speech recognition	Prompt to be played back before starting speech recognition.
Prompt played when no voice for recognition	Prompt to be played back when no voice for speech recognition.
Prompt played when recognition failed	Prompt to be played back when recognition failed.
Prompt played when reaching max no input	Prompt to be played back when reaching max no input attempts.
Prompt played when reaching max no match	Prompt to be played back when reaching max no-match attempts.
Max length of the speech in seconds	Max length of the speech time in seconds.
Max recognition retries	The max number of recognition retries.
The mapping of the recognition response and variables	The mapping of the recognition response and variables.
Grammar used by recognition	The grammar used by speech recognition. Default Text.

Advanced Properties

Display Name	Description
Timeout to stop recognition in seconds	Timeout to stop recognition in seconds.
Minimum length of the digits allowed to enter	The minimum length of digits that you want to validate in your module.
Maximum length of the digits allowed to enter	The maximum length of digits that you want to validate in your module.
Recognition Engine Vendor	Define recognition Engine Vendor.
Custom Grammar Values	The grammar used by speech recognition. Used if the Grammar sed by recognition value is not set.
Language to Speech Recognition	Set the language to be recognized. We recommend using 1 for English.

Yes (default) indicates that the customer can press a key when a message is playing.

No indicates that pressing a key when a message is playing will not stop the message.
