Throughout this guide:

• The term customer encompasses both registered and anonymous customers who view or interact with the bots created through the LiveVox Bot application. This term is synonymous with the term bot user.

  • A registered customer is one whose profile exists on the LiveVox Portal (LVP) as a contact record.
  • An anonymous customer is one whose profile does not exist on LVP.
• The term LiveVox Bot user indicates administrators or agents who use the LiveVox Bot application. This term is not synonymous with the term bot user.
