This document provides an overview of new features and enhancements to existing features of the SpeechIQ User Portal in the LiveVox U14 release.

New Features 

This section describes the new features included in U14 release:

Assign Default Skill to Agents

You can assign default skills to agents in the Setup > Agents window. When a new agent is added, or if no skill is assigned to an agent, this default skill is used for integration. 

Enhancements

This section describes the enhancements included in U14 release:

Sentiment Scorecard Filter

In the Setup > Scorecards > Edit section, Sentiment is now removed from the Scorecard Filters, as sentiments are not available at the time of processing scorecards.

Skill Assignment Reorder

The order of skill assignment is now changed within country code mapping, as follows, based on priority:

  1. Default assignment by agent
  2. Dynamic assignment by metadata
  3. Dynamic assignment by country code
  4. Default integration assignment

View Bitrate in Call Review

You can view the bitrate on the Metadata tab when performing a call review.
