This document provides an overview of new features and enhancements to existing features of the SpeechIQ User Portal in the LiveVox U14 release.
New Features

Assign Default Skill to Agents
You can assign default skills to agents in the Setup > Agents window. When a new agent is added, or if no skill is assigned to an agent, this default skill is used for integration.
Enhancements
This section describes the enhancements included in U14 release:
Sentiment Scorecard Filter
In the Setup > Scorecards > Edit section, Sentiment is now removed from the Scorecard Filters, as sentiments are not available at the time of processing scorecards.
Bitrate now Available in Metadata
You can now view the bitrate in the metadata filters as well as on the Metadata tab in Call Review.
