Managing a Designer Desktop

You can manage a Designer Desktop by modifying, copying, or deleting it.

To manage a Designer Desktop:

1. Accessing the Designer Desktop that you want to manage.
2. Click Desktops > DESKTOPS.
   A table appears displaying the Designer Desktops.
   
3. Select the checkbox next to the Designer Desktop that you want to manage.
4. To modify the main properties of the Designer Desktop (such as name, description, or availability):
   1. On the DESKTOPS subtab, click Edit.
      The Edit window appears.
   2. Modify the values in the Name and Description fields, and select or clear the Published checkbox.
   3. Click Save.
      The main properties of the Designer Desktop are modified.
5. To copy the Designer Desktop: 
   1. On the DESKTOPS subtab, click Copy.
      The Copy window appears.
   2. Modify the values in the Name and Description fields, and then click Save.
      A copy of the Designer Desktop is created, and it appears in the table on the DESKTOPS subtab.
6. To delete the Designer Desktop: 
   1. On the DESKTOPS subtab, click Delete.
      The Confirm window appears.
   2. Click Yes.
      The Designer Desktop is deleted.
