The available Legacy DNC types are as given below:

  • Daily DNC - This will place a phone number in the DNC list for the remainder of that day’s dialing period.
    • Daily Zip is also added and controlled from within this type.
  • Daily Account DNC - This will place an account number in the DNC for the remainder of that day’s dialing period. This can be added for the whole site or one or more services.
  • Permanent DNC - This will place a phone # in the DNC until the number is removed.
    • Permanent Zip is also added and controlled from within this type.
  • Permanent Account DNC - This will place an account number in the DNC list for removal. This can be added for the whole site or one or more services.

Daily and Permanent Account DNC entries are not case-sensitive.


Navigate between options available to you using the DNC Type drop-down. The screenshot below reflects available DNC Type options. Your view maybe different based on your specific configuration and selection criteria. If enabled, Permanent and Daily ZIP entries are added and removed from the Permanent DNC and Daily DNC sections, respectively.
