Deleting Agents

To delete an agent:

1. Click the required row to select an agent.
2. Click the delete button (X). The Confirm window appears. 
   
3. Click Yes to delete the agent.

Only agents with no dialing activity in the last 90 days can be deleted. Deletions cannot be undone.
