To delete an agent phonebook:

  1. Select the agent phonebook from the Agent Phonebook drop-down list.
  2. Click Delete Agent Phonebook. You are prompted to confirm your selection.
  3. Click Yes to delete the agent phonebook. The Agent Phonebook deleted message appears indicating that the agent phonebook has been deleted.
