The default dialing prioritization strategy is the Curfew Only Strategy. This can best be explained as the "follow the sun" method, where we dial from the East to the West within the allowable calling hours.
In the Service Page, when a dialing list is loaded to a service, it is automatically broken out by time zone.
To view the time zone breakdown, navigate to the Campaign Details screen by double-clicking a campaign. From the General tab, you can view the timezone breakdown information.
The default dialing will be in the order presented (received) within your file. You also have the option to dial any time zone in any order (as long as you are within allowable dialing hours of the respective time zone) by simply checking or un-checking the call box next to each specific time zone.
Safe Time Zone (When Enabled)
Accounts listed in the zip/area code mismatch logic are displayed under the Safe time zone.
The zip/area code logic works by comparing the zip code of an account against the area code associated with that account. If there is a mismatch between the geographical locations indicated by these two values (area code vs. zip code), the account is placed into the Safe time zone for dialing 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM ET as the service's Dialing Profile allows.
- Safe time zone display is only active if you have the zip/area mismatch logic enabled.
- Safe time zone is operational for all states except Alaska and Hawaii.
- Safe time zone totals are updated once, on the upload. That original count represents an estimate and may differ from the actual count at the time of dialing as another check will be performed as calls go out.
