This section contains information to help you start using the LiveVox Portal (LVP).

Logging In to LVP

To log in to LVP:

  1. Access the LiveVox login window using one of the following links provided by LiveVox:
  2. Specify values in the following fields: 
    • Client Code (provided by LiveVox)
    • User Name
    • Password

      LiveVox credentials are case-sensitive. For information about the password characteristics, see Changing Your Password.

  3. Click LOGIN.
    You are logged in to LVP.

Single Sign On (SSO)

LVP supports SSO functionality when logging in through the Agent Desktop Native (ADN) application or a web browser using a URL. The SSO functionality support is built upon Security Authentication Markup Language (SAML) 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC) standards. Currently, LVP supports the following SSO identity provider (IdP) IdPs: Okta and Azure. LiveVox plans to add support for additional IdP providers in future releases.

Logging In to LVP Through SSO Using Okta

  1. Use the links provided by LiveVox to access the LiveVox login window. The Client Code is auto populated. 

  2. Click the Next button. The IdP credential screen appears.

  3. Specify the credentials and click Sign In. The second authentication screen appears.

  4. Click Send Push to send a notification to your device. Alternatively, click enter code and enter the code from your device for verification. 
  5. After you authenticate successfully, you are logged in to LVP.

Logging Out of LVP

To log out of LVP, click the avatar , and then click Log Out.

You are logged out of LVP, and the LiveVox login window appears.
