The Design tab provides options for you to add, delete, clean, and copy a page by removing all the available text or images, you can also add elements and data controllers to the pages. The script builder toolbar provides access to the data elements and data control types that are used for displaying and capturing data within a script. You can insert the controls into a script by dragging and dropping the control to the script editor.

The Design tab is divided into the Page and Script sections.

The Page section consists of Properties, Style, Events, Director, Javascript, and Preview. For more information on the Page section, see Page.

You can perform the following functions on the Page section:

  • Create and design the pages using the formatting tool options.
  • Add buttons, set properties, add text to the buttons, and update the style.
  • Create and manage events for use within the script. 
  • Add Javascript code to bring more clarity to the elements.
  • Create and manage events for use within the script. The ability to create and manage events is vital to providing a flexible and dynamic workspace for agents.

The Script section consists of Data, Javascript, Report Config, and Change History. For more information on the Script section, see Script.

You can perform the following functions in the Script section:

  • Add data to manage the script
  • Write Javascript code on a script level based on the script requirement.
  • Map the data fields with the columns in the Report Config tab.
  • View the change history information.

Design Area

The design area is explained in the image followed by the details given below:

  1. Elements: You can design the pages using the options from the Elements list. 
  2. Left page navigation: The pages you create appear on the left panel.
  3. Secondary Menu Options: You can use the options present in the elements to create the pages. The Elements section is explained in the Secondary Menu Options section below.
  4. Page options: You can add, delete, clean, and copy a page using these options. For more information on the page, see .Pages vU17
  5. Additional options: To view the source code for the page, click Show Source. You can refresh and save the page.
