DNC entries can be added in the following manner:
- Via Legacy DNC editor Tool.
- Via FTP/SFTP (if configured).
- File upload to the DNC system.
- This is an optional feature. Customers can specify whether the phone, account number, or both need to be added to the DNC. Contact customercare@livevox.com for more information.
- If only account number is specified, it can be added to the DND list (client level only) for a dial time vs. build time check.

- File upload to the DNC system.
- Via Call Disposition (if configured).
By default, LiveVox DNC entries added to a permanent or daily list can be:
- Phone number.
- Account Number.
- Optional DNC entries include phone+account (both must match for block) or phone+zip code on a permanent or daily basis. These entries must be done via FTP/SFTP and cannot be modified from the DNC editor. ZIP code entries are added via the editor tool or FTP/SFTP site.
- Use the asterisk ( * ) as a wildcard when adding account or phone DNC entries to represent any character.
- Contact the LiveVox Customer Care Team to discuss default or optional DNC features you may require.
- Account-based DNC entries are not case-sensitive.
