Chat Rating

Customers can now rate their chat experience when a web chat ends. A new field, Chat Rating, has been added to the Transaction section of Report Writer. This field displays the customer rating for the conversation.

The Chat Rating field is available to all users starting with LiveVox U15.

Hyperlinks in Chat

Chat messages, chat greetings (online and offline), proactive chat prompts, and quick responses now support hyperlinks. Customers can now click web address links and email addresses directly from web chat. This enhancement eliminates the need for the customer to manually copy and paste the link into their browser or email address bar.
