Email Address
- To represent your identity better, in the outbound emails, a name appears next to the email address (for example, LiveVox johndoe@livevox.com). In addition, when customers reply to the emails, the same name appears in the To field. You can define this name by using the Display Name field when configuring the email channel settings.
- You no longer need to contact LiveVox to add email addresses that you want to use to send emails to your customers. To facilitate this, in the Email Channel window, on the Addresses tab, the Add button has been added. You can also delete an email address by using the Delete icon (), which appears when you hover over the row displaying the address.
Email Body
The email body is stored and displayed in HTML Format.
Email Monitor Dashboard
Any active email interaction record on the Email Monitor dashboard displays the thread history even if the interaction is not associated with a contact record.
