The Contact Flow Engine automatically updates older versions of modules in a contact flow to newer versions while retaining existing module properties.
From this version on, you cannot create or copy an A_MASTER Contact Flow or Message. If the name of a Contact Flow contains "A_MASTER" and the CLIENT_ID value is NULL, you cannot clone the Contact Flow, and you cannot clone or create a message from it.
Contact Flow editor is enabled to insert a value in the Custom Field in the Contact Manager. This enhancement allows you to update missing values. For example, inserting a ZIP Code if it is missing for a specific Contact.
The email module of the Contact Flow Engine has an enhanced email editor that allows you to resize images, add videos, export HTML content, and provide social media sharing options in the email template.
You can use the email editor to import an email template in Rich Text or HTML and save it as a Cloud object. You can also send and receive emails with rich HTML content up to 2 MB in size.
The Contact Flow Engine includes support for inbound STIR/SHAKEN call attestation with both contact flows and the agent desktop in compliance with the FCC's TRACED ACT requirements.
When you add or modify a Contact Flow, all system-level properties (such as ACD Proficiency and ACD Max Wait Time) are now visible within the editor as unique properties.
