The Private Branch Exchange (PBX) billable option is available under the UCaaS section of the Billing tab in the Client editor. If the PBX add-on product is enabled on your LiveVox Portal, it displays a green checkmark.
LiveVox offers a Cloud-based hosted Internet Protocol-based Private Branch Exchange (IP PBX) service tailored for back-office users who do not want to rely on a Customer Premises solution.

The PBX add-on product is available as a link in the LiveVox Portal (LVP) for clients who have it enabled using the Billing tab. You access the link by clicking the LiveVox icon in the upper-right corner of the LVP.
