Name Change
The Phone Dial Attempt Supervisor (PDAS) feature has been renamed to Attempt Supervisor and SMS and Email contact attempts have been incorporated into this feature. Going forward, the Attempt Supervisor version will be the same as the LiveVox Portal (LVP) version and the Attempt Supervisor version will be updated during an upgrade.
Bulk Deletion of Exclusions and Rules
From the Exclusions tab, you can select the exclusions you want to delete and delete a number of exclusions at once. Also, from the Rules tab, you can select the rules you want to delete and delete a number of rules at once.
Email and SMS Support
The Attempt Supervisor feature enables you to set the maximum number of outbound contact attempts for SMS and email interaction by adding SMS and email blocks on LVP. To support this functionality, both the Email Outbound and SMS Outbound options have been added to the Channel Types field.
Exclude Results
A new option Exclude Selected has been added. You can use this option if you do not want to apply Attempt Supervisor rules to specific clients, call centers, or services.
Visual Enhancements
The following changes have been made to the user interface (UI) to enhance usability:
- Contact Types has been renamed to Channel Types.
- In the Channel Types drop-down list, email has been renamed to Email Outbound.
- In the Contact Limits section:
- Phone has been renamed to Phone #
- Email has been renamed to Email Address
- Phone/Contact has been renamed to Phone(SMS)/Contact
- A new option, SMS, has been added after Phone #
