Account Configuration
In the Accounts Config window, the Views, Settings, SLAs, and Screens tabs are visually enhanced.
You or an agent can:
- View the interactions associated with all the contacts linked to the account using the new Interactions tab on the Account screen.
- Link multiple contacts to an account.
- Link contacts to accounts by importing a file.
Required Fields
You can define which of the fields in an account must contain a value (mandatory fields) to create or update an account.
