With the Spring 2024 release, the Session Timeout feature has been enhanced so that it works across all tabs in your LiveVox Portal session. if you have multiple tabs open, and you are working in one tab, the session remains active for all the tabs. If all the tabs are inactive, the session ends after it reaches the time duration set in the Inactivity Timeout parameters.
You can configure the Inactivity Timeout parameters on LVP from the Client > Security > Session Timeout section.
