API Updates

This page contains a summary of the changes to the LiveVox Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) in the Spring 24 release.

The Do Not Call (DNC) List Management API methods (/compliance/dnc namespace methods) have been removed in the Spring 24 release. You should use the Dialtime DNC methods instead.
In the Real-Time Reporting namespace, the Get Service Statistics method has been split into the following:
- Get Service Statistics: The response of this method has been modified to remove the individual call information.
- Get Service Call Statistics: This method returns statistical information about service calls.
