Logging In Through Single Sign On (SSO)

The LiveVox platform supports SSO functionality when logging in through the Agent Desktop Native (ADN) application or a web browser using a URL. The platform is identity provider (IdP) agnostic and built upon Security Authentication Markup Language (SAML) 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC) standards. Currently, the platform has been implemented with the following SSO IdPs: Okta and Azure. LiveVox will update the IdP provider support list as others come onboard.

You must have your own IdP because LiveVox does not provide an IdP.

If you are logging in through SSO, the following screen (with an auto-populated client code) appears:

Click the Next button to display the IdP credential screen. Once you provide your IdP credentials and complete a second authentication, you are logged in to LVP.

Real-Time Read and Resolve Voicemails

The Voicemail inbox notification icon has been updated to work in real time.

Voicemail Duration Limit

The length of time for a voicemail is now limited to 5 minutes from the earlier 10 minutes. After 5 minutes, calls are automatically disconnected. This change is applicable to Voicemail 2.0 and later versions.

Voicemail Playback for Agents without Sound Cards

Agents who do not have a sound card on their PCs or virtual machines can still play voicemail using the Play button. A voicemail plays over the agent's audio connection and the agent's status is changed to Not Ready. When the voicemail has completed playing, the agent's status reverts back to the previous state. This change applies to Voicemail 2.0 and later versions.
