Handle Second Agent in Agent-to-Agent Transfer

When an agent is on a conference call with the shadow audio stream functionality and leaves the call, the shadow audio stream functionality is automatically transferred to the next agent.

Real-Time Read and Resolve Voicemails

The Voicemail inbox notification icon has been updated to work in real time. 

Voicemail Duration Limit

Voicemail duration is now limited to 5 minutes from the earlier 10 minutes. After 5 minutes, calls are automatically disconnected. This change is applicable to Voicemail 2.0 and later versions.  

Voicemail Playback for Agents without Sound Cards

Agents who do not have a sound card on their PCs or virtual machines can still play voicemail using the Play button. A voicemail plays over the agent's audio connection and the agent is moved to the Not Ready status. When the voicemail has completed playing, the agent is moved back to the previous state. This change is applicable to Voicemail 2.0 and later versions.
