The Export Format editor has been upgraded to incorporate Call Recording data when exporting information in CSV format. You can now include a new mapping entity called Call Recording when configuring export formats using the Report Map editor. This improvement ensures more precise metadata definition in the Call Data Records (CDRs), resulting in more reliable processing of interaction files.
Enable/Disable Date Masking
Starting with the Spring 24 release, you can now enable or disable data masking for dates across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Chat. When enabled, conversations across all channels will replace text resembling dates within the messages as XXXX. Conversely, when disabled, text resembling dates remains unaltered. For example, when date masking is enabled, the customer's date of birth or transaction date will appear as XXXX in the messages while the customer's phone number or account details remain unchanged.
