Email Address
- You no longer need to contact LiveVox to add the email addresses that appear in the From field. You can add email addresses through the LiveVox Portal (LVP).
- To represent your identity better, in the outbound emails, a name appears next to the email address (for example, LiveVox johndoe@livevox.com). In addition, when customers reply to the emails, the same name appears in the To field.
Email Body
The body of an email is stored and displayed in HTML format.
Email Monitor Dashboard
An active email interaction record on the email monitor dashboard displays the thread history even if the interaction is not associated with a contact record.
