The Contact Flow Editor has been enhanced with the following modules to support chatbot configuration:
Chat Input: You can add input fields for the customer to enter information, such as plain text, numbers, emails, and dates.
Chat Options: You can configure text messages and clickable options that are displayed in a chatbot.
New Transition Module
You can break down complex contact flows into more manageable subflows or subroutine flows that you can reuse in other contact flows. The new Transition module enables you to switch between subflows, including syncing up the variables in the contact flows involved.
Increase in Module Limitations
The maximum number of modules allowed per contact flow during an upgrade has been increased from 350 to 800.
