In the Transition module, a new property named Return to the Parent Flow with Event has been added. You can use this property to return to a parent contact flow from a child contact flow.
For example, consider a parent contact flow for payment. The contact flow uses a child payment contact flow, and handles 2 possible events: Success or Failure. By using the new property, you can set up the child contact flow in such a way that whether the payment is successful or failed, the contact flow is returned to the parent contact flow.
Email Module
In the Email module, a new property named Agent Can Edit From Address has been added. If the value of this property is set to Yes, then agents can edit the From Address field before sending emails to customers. For more information, see Email.
