A new option named Customer Card has been added in the Contact section of the Designer Desktop. Contact Card is a comprehensive tool that provides you with all the relevant customer information in a single, unified interface. 

Contact Card contains the following tabs:

  • Detail: Provides information about customer data, including contact details, account status, and preferences.
  • Interactions: Provides information about the complete log of all customer interactions, including voice calls, chats, emails, and other forms of communication.
  • Notes: Displays the three most recent interactions related to the customer, enabling you to quickly access relevant context for ongoing support.
