Human Text Initiator (HTI)
The Human Text Initiator service enables agents (Clicker Agents) to manually launch text messages. You can select HTI as a service type from the General tab of the Services editor.
In addition to enabling Clicker Agents to launch text messages, HTI supports the following functionalities for the HTI service type:
- Includes HTI as an option for a campaign type in Campaigns Manager and Contact Manager.
- Enables you to search the Clicker Efficiency Report by HTI service type.
- Allows you to run the Call Detail Report (CDR) jobs with the HTI as the service type.
- Enables agents other than Closer Agents to reply to SMS messages. Closer Agents are not required to launch the SMS messages.
- The number of messages sent by an agent is controlled by the 10 Digit Long Code (DLC) Short Message Service (SMS) number type, which is a 3 SMS per second throughput.

SMS Monitor Dashboard
An active SMS interaction record on the SMS Monitor dashboard displays the thread history even if the interaction is not associated with a contact record.
