Starting with the LV19 release, LiveVox is ending or changing support for the following: 

  • The Agent Event method has been deprecated in the LV19 release. You should use the Agent Event Feed method instead.
  • The Call Event and Call Event Feed methods have been deprecated in the LV19 release. You should use the Interaction Event Feed method instead.
