Current page All pages Receiving a Call Using the LV PBX You can receive an inbound call from an internal or external number, set as per your service.When you receive an inbound call, an Incoming Call window pops up. You can either click Accept Call or Reject Call. If the caller is an internal user, the user ID of the caller along with the extension number is displayed.If the call is from an external number, the number is displayed. Once you accept the call, the system displays a Call Connected message.You can perform the following actions after your call is connected:Transfer: Transfers the call to an internal extension number.Hold and Resume: Puts the call on hold and resumes the call. End call: Ends the call.Mute and unmute: Click the microphone icon () to mute and unmute your side of the call.Loudspeaker: Click the speaker icon () to put the call on speaker. Transferring a CallYou can transfer an outbound or inbound call, once the call is connected. Once the call is connected, you can transfer a call only to an internal extension. To transfer the call:Click the Transfer button on your dial pad. A Transfer Call dialog box is displayed.Enter the extension number to which you want to transfer the call and click Transfer.The call is transferred to the specified extension number. ×
