You should be assigned to a Knowledge Worker desktop to access the LV PBX.
To log into the LV PBX:
Click the LiveVox icon () next to your agent avatar.
Click the PBX icon to log in directly to PBX.
You do not need a separate login credential to log into the PBX portal. You can launch the PBX portal from your agent panel if you are assigned to a Knowledge Worker Desktop.
TheDashboardis the default landing page of thePBX user portaland displays information about your PBX system.
You can see the following sections in the user dashboard:
Ready: Click the Ready button to launch the dial pad.
Voicemail: Displays the number of voicemails in your inbox.
Call Logs: Displays the number of calls logged in your call log section.
Call Recordings: Displays the number of call recordings in your call recording section.
A View button is available for each module in the user dashboard. Click View to open the respective module.
