The Scripter Panel section provides you with specific information and instructions to help your customers during a call. Based on specific actions, this section enables you to navigate through the different windows.

  • When you add a theme to the script in the Designer window, The theme is applied and visible on the agent desktop.
  • Your manager must enable the Scripter feature. 
  • The script is active when an agent is on a call with a customer.
  • The scripts that appear in the Scripter Panel section depend on the configuration done by your manager. 
  • Depending on the configuration, a script can provide you with options, such as the following:
    • If Yes, Next: Proceeds to the next page of the script.
    • If No, End this: Ends the conversation.
  • You can initiate a script without being on a call.
  • You can update and save the contact details by using the Script Panel section, any time as well as during a call.
