LiveVox is able to track and tally payments in real-time through Promise to Pay (PTP) termination codes if enabled. If you select any of the PTP codes, you will be prompted to enter a payment amount in the Payment $ field in dollars and cents. 

When selecting a PTP termination code, if you do not enter an amount you will get an error message to enter an amount greater than zero.  The value entered as payment amount should be a legitimate dollar value. You will get the following error message if you do not enter a legitimate dollar value.

A legitimate dollar value is the one that has: 

  • No white spaces
  • Only numbers
  • No $ sign
  • Only one decimal point to indicate dollars and cents
  • Only one comma (,)
  • Value greater than 0 and less than $999,999.99
