You should be assigned to a Knowledge Worker desktop to access the LV PBX.

To log into the LV PBX:

  1. Click the LiveVox icon () next to your agent avatar. 
  2. Click the PBX icon to log in directly to PBX.

You do not need a separate login credential to log into the PBX portal. You can launch the PBX portal from your agent panel if you are assigned to a Knowledge Worker Desktop.

The Dashboard is the default landing page of the PBX user portal and displays information about your PBX system. 

You can see the following sections in the user dashboard:

  • Ready: Click the Ready button to launch the dial pad. 
  • Voicemail: Displays the number of voicemails in your inbox.
  • Call Logs: Displays the number of calls logged in your call log section.
  • Call Recordings: Displays the number of call recordings in your call recording section. 

A View button is available for each module in the user dashboard. Click View to open the respective module.
