The Agent Desktop provides additional information regarding the status of manually launched calls. When you launch a call, you can view the status of the call. If a call fails, the reason for failure is displayed.

Here are some examples of the error messages you may see if your manual call fails:

  • "Invalid phone number" error:
    • 1 can't be the first digit of a phone number
  • International number is incomplete.
  • "Incomplete phone number" error.
  • "Number is on the Do Not Call list" error.
