LiveVox supports the ability to manually enter a different number on the same account for an immediate callback. You may enter a number and launch another call upon selecting a specific termination code.
Check with your supervisor for which termination codes have immediate callback enabled.
To launch an immediate callback:
Select a termination code with immediate callback enabled.
Enter the phone number.
After entering a phone number, you will be prompted with a confirmation alert.
