The agent desktop provides additional information regarding the status of manually launched calls. When you launch a call, you can view the status of the call. If a call fails, the reason for failure is displayed.

The following lists some examples of the error messages you might see if your manual call fails:

  • Invalid phone number: 1 cannot be the first digit of a phone number.
  • International number is incomplete.
  • Incomplete phone number.
  • Number is on the Do Not Call list.
