LiveVox supports the ability to manually enter a different number on the same account for an immediate callback. You can enter a number and launch another call upon selecting a specific termination code.

  • Check with your supervisor for which termination codes have immediate callback enabled.
  • The immediate callback option is not supported for international phone numbers.

To launch an immediate callback:

  1. Select a termination code with immediate callback enabled.
  2. Enter the phone number.
  3. After entering a phone number, you are prompted with a confirmation alert.
  4. Click Save to launch the call.
