Support for Voicemail (VM) 1.0 is ending. You must migrate to Voicemail 2.0 before you upgrade to Fall 23. For assistance with the migration or upgrade, contact the LiveVox Customer Care Team.

When callers leave messages, agents can view and play messages directly from their desktops through Voicemail 2.0. Administrative users can check group voicemails through the Voicemail report available on the LiveVox portal.
