The New Intent Phrases Report offers a comprehensive overview of all newly captured intent phrases from various interactions. It includes details, such as the number of times the new phrase occurs during interactions (Count), its percentage share compared to all intents (% of Intents), and the percentage of interactions using each new intent phrase (% of all Interactions).
This report can help you decide which intent phrases should be included in your organization's Intents List for operational use.
Accessing the New Intent Phrases Report
To access the New Intent Phrases Report window, navigate to the WFO tab, click Interactions Intents > AI Driven Intents > New Intent Phrases Report. The New Intent Phrases Report window displays a single view report of all the new intent phrases that have been captured.
- Click the number in the Count column for an intent phrase to navigate to the Search and Score screen where the filtered data for the interactions using the intent phrase is displayed.
- Use
to filter the search criteria. Define the date range and click Apply Filter to apply the search criteria. - Click
to search for an intent phrase by name. - Click
to toggle between Show on graph, Show on table, or Show graph and table views. - Click
to toggle between Show Stats and Show History.
