The seamless integration of LiveVox's PBX system enables you to access PBX directly from the main LiveVox Portal (LVP) window. Click to open PBX in a new tab, using the same login credentials as your LVP account. 

The PBX system is available at an additional cost. It is not part of the basic LiveVox license. Contact the LiveVox Support Team for more information.

To access PBX: 

  1. Log in to the LiveVox Portal.

  2. Click . 
    The PBX option appears along with the other available options. 


  3. Click .

    Use the LVP credentials to log in to the PBX system. You do not need separate login credentials.

    The PBX Dashboard is displayed in a new tab.
