In a PBX system, accounts refer to individual profiles assigned to users within your organization. Each user account is provided with access to phone lines, voicemail, call forwarding, and other communication features. The Accounts section is further divided into Users and Line Credentials.

| Line Credentials | Line Credentials or Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) credentials allow users to make and receive phone calls from SIP phones. The SIP Credentials page contains SIP user account details, including configuration data for the LV PBX service. See Editing Line Credentials. |
