The Agents tab allows you to filter and view agent's shift details for today, specific day, week, two weeks, or a month with compact or expanded view.  On the WFO tab, go to Workforce Management > Agent Scheduling. You can also navigate to Schedule tab from Configure > Agents > Agent Scheduling,  select the Agents tab.

You can also change the hours for the shift and breaks per shift for an agent. For detailed information on modifying assigned shifts for an agent, see the Modify the Assigned Shift section.
