The Performance Report contains information about the Work Queue tasks, such as scheduling, e-Learning, coaching, and acknowledgment tasks.

Filtering the Tasks

To view a Performance Report:

  1. On the WFO tab, click Work Queue > Performance Report.
    The Performance Report window appears.
  2. Click the Search () icon.
  3. Enter the Date Filter Option. Choose between Due Date, Completion Date, or Created Date.
  4. Select Date Range or Custom Dates using the radio button.
    • For Date Range, choose an option using the drop-down menu.
    • For Custom Dates, enter the From and To dates.
  5. Select the values for the following filters, as required:
    • Created By – Select the user.
    • Group By – Select the grouping method.
    • Priority – Select the priority.
    • Status – Select the status.
    • Task Owner – Select the task owner.
    • Type – Select the type.
    • Sub Type – Select the sub type for the Type filter, selected above.
  6. Click Apply. The report displays the information for the fields selected.

Editing a Task

To edit a task:

  1. On the Performance Report screen, select a task and double-click.

  1. Click the Comment button to enter a comment for the task. Enter the comment and click Save.
  2. Click the Workflow button and select the workflow from drop-down list.
  3. The Task tab lists all the information about the task. Make any necessary changes and click Save.
  4. Click Delete to delete the task.

The Comments tab lists all the comments for the particular task. 

The Change History tab lists the complete history for the particular task.

Exporting a Report

To export a report:

  1. On the Performance Report screen, click the Export to arrow and select:
    • PDF – To export the report in PDF format.
    • CSV – To export the report in CSV format.
