The Agent Hours tab allows you to schedule the availability of the agent for the specific hours.


To add the availability:

  1. Uncheck the Not Available checkbox for the required days.
  2. Choose the time by sliding on the time bar. Available time for a day is 0:00 to 24:00 on the scale of 15 minutes.
  3. You can view the agent availability hours under the Availability column and total number of hours under the Total time column.
  4. Click the Ok button.
  5. Click the Save button to add/update the agent availability hours.
