Managing Phones and Devices

In the LVPBX Admin Portal, use the Phones & Devices section to manage the following tasks:

Add Device

Devices can be existing phones or phones you have ordered from vectorpbx.com.

To add a device:

1. Navigate to Phones & Devices > Devices and click the Add Device button.

2. In the Add Device screen, enter the required details in each of the tabs.

   Field Descriptions

   Basic Details tab

   Field	Description
   Device Name
   MAC Address
   Device Type
   Firmware
   Assign To
   Location
   Time Zone

   Configuration tab

   Add Lines to Device

   If you select an existing SIP profile and click Add Line, the Label, Server, and Username details are auto-populated.

   Add Keys to Device

   Click Add Key

   Add Variables to Device

   Click Add Variable

3. Click Save Device to complete the process and return to the Devices screen.

Add Firmware

To upload your firmware file:

1. Navigate to Phones & Devices > Devices and click the Add Firmware button.

2. In the Add Firmware screen, enter the required details in each field.

   Firmware File	Click Choose File to upload the firmware file from your local computer.
   Release Date

3. Click Save Firmware to complete the process and return to the Firmware screen.

Add Make/Model

1. Navigate to Phones & Devices > Make / Models and click the Add Make / Model button.

2. In the Add screen, enter the required details in each field.

   Field Descriptions

3. Click Save Make / Model to complete the process and return to the Make/Models screen.

Add Filters

To apply filters and view auto provision logs:

1. Navigate to Phones & Devices > Log and click the Add Filters button.
2. Select the checkboxes as required and use the expand arrow in each section to set the dates or select devices.

3. Click Apply Filters.
