Logging In and Logging Out of LVP

This section contains information to help you start using the LiveVox Portal (LVP).

Logging In to LVP

To log in to LVP:

1. Access the LiveVox login window using one of the following links provided by LiveVox:
   • https://portal.na3.livevox.com/<client code>
   • https://portal.na4.livevox.com/<client code>
   • https://portal.na5.livevox.com/<client code>
     
     
     
2. Specify values in the following fields: 
   • Client Code (provided by LiveVox)
   • User Name

   • Password
     

     

     LiveVox credentials are case-sensitive. For information about the password characteristics, see Password.

3. Click LOGIN.
   You are logged in to LVP.

Logging Out of LVP

To log out of LVP, click the avatar , and then click Log Out.

You are logged out of LVP, and the LiveVox login window appears.
